The Heartbeat of America is Chevrolet, and the Heartbeat of the Vintage Chevrolet Club of America (VCCA) is its regional clubs. The Free State Region of the VCCA is one of those vibrant regions for Chevrolet enthusiasts. If you love classic cars, especially with a passion for the Bowtie, you will find great joy in VCCA membership. Our Region began in 1974, and we just celebrated 50 years! Currently, we have 63 member households (108 members), including some from the original founding membership.
We offer a variety of activities for our members who enjoy coming together to showcase their classic cars, whether at local shows, swap meets, or short tours to fascinating attractions in our local area.
With your VCCA membership, you will receive our bi-monthly newsletter, "The Valve Tapper," which includes information about upcoming events as well as engaging stories related to owning classic cars.
To join a regional club like ours, you must be a member of the national organization. The national VCCA connects Chevrolet enthusiasts across the country and provides a free subscription to the award-winning magazine titled "Generator & Distributor," along with access to "Technical Advisors" who are experts on every type of Chevrolet ever made.
